Composition is probably one of the most important aspects of an image and can make or break the picture you are making, yet for some reason many people don’t pay much attention to composition when shooting underwater photography. This is maybe due to the fact there are so many other things to think about, ie buoyancy, air consumption, bottom time etc. It can also be down to the fact that there are so many exciting things to see, its easy just to take a quick snap and move onto the next subject, but it doesn’t usually lead to making great images.
