Kantiang Bay View Resort is an inexpensive, backpacker-style resort located directly on the fabulous beach in Kantiang Bay, in the southern part of Ko Lanta, Thailand. Kantiang Bay View provides traditional Thai accommodation – 16 large, air-conditioned rooms and 4 small, basic bamboo rooms with a fan and mosquito net. All rooms are en-suite and most bungalows are situated on the beach, each with a small veranda.
The popular Why Not Bar sits on the beach in front of the resort where there’s a live band that plays every night during the high season and the regular fireshows on the beach are pretty impressive, along with the cocktails!
You can arrange and book day trips, excursions and onward travel from the resort tour office. The resort also run their own Longtail snorkelling tours which people join from all over the island.
